Each session is 50 minutes.
Just yourself and a bottle of water as I may not have enough mugs. You may refill your water in the kitchen.
I have a small breed dog at home, Ellie the Shih Tzu. She's very friendly but please let me know if you are uncomfortable with dogs around. If you prefer to have her away during your session - I'll arrange!
Wear anything comfortable. Please ensure that you do not have jewelries, lotion, or wear any clothes with zips during the session. This can affect your practice and also damage the upholstery on the Gratz apparatus. (VERY IMPORTANT)
We are located in Puchong Jaya, near Sunway Pyramid and Pavilion Bukit Jalil. The exact address will be shared upon booking.
